Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa Kaanapali, Kaanapali

Staying at the Sheraton Maui was a mixed bag for me. The property is very dated and doesn't quite live up to some of the more luxurious options in the area, but the location is fantastic with easy access to beaches and shops. I encountered significant issues with housekeeping, which can't be overlooked. Despite the challenges, there are some bright spots, like helpful staff and beautiful sunset views.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The beach was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the luau, especially the dancers and fire knife performance. While the breakfast buffet was pricey, I found better value off-site. The staff at the cliff dive grill were great, though I think they could expand the menu a bit. Overall, it was a delightful tropical getaway, but a few small improvements could make it even better.

My stay at this resort was overall enjoyable, especially thanks to its unbeatable location near the beach and local attractions. The staff members were professional and dedicated, ensuring a great experience during our visit. However, there were a few drawbacks, such as occasional noisy construction and some minor issues with dining options. Overall, it’s a fantastic place if you prioritize location and nearby activities over a full resort experience.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the location is appealing, and offers beautiful views, the service and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired. The dining options were hit or miss, leading to an unsatisfactory experience. I'd think twice about returning given the issues encountered.
